Viewing Images in Gallery
Go to "Client Gallery" and click on the appropriate type of session you are ordering from (Wedding, Portrait, Event). From there you can click on the session's gallery. The galleries are password-protected. If you no longer have your password, please contact the studio.
Getting Your Image Number
When viewing an image in the gallery, your image number should appear below the image when it is in full view. The format can look like "000_IMG" or "IMG_0000", etc. The image number is NOT the order in which the image appears in the gallery.
Pricing
Please contact the studio for price lists for your session.
Shipping & Handling
When ordering extra prints after an event, a shipping and handling charge will apply. Please consult the literature given out for your event for details.
Retouching
Our retouching service is available to you at an extra charge. Please note what images you would like changed and in what way in the Notes Section.
Graduation/School Orders
Please put the name of your student/graduate in the Notes section so that we can better identify the person photographed.
Payment
All credit card payments are processed via PayPal. Cash is accepted in-person only. Checks are accepted in-person as well as through the mail. Make checks payable to Thomas Hurlbut and mail to Thomas Hurlbut Photography, 506 Westford Rd., Ashford, CT, 06278.
